A selection of sandwiches from our Deluxe sandwich platter, one round per person, in brown/white sliced bread.
A selection of home-made savoury pastries including scotch eggs, sausage rolls, quiche and our award winning pork pies and hunters pies.
A selection of our bakery’s home made sweets & treats.
Various deluxe fillings to include: Turkey stuffing and cranberry, pork stuffing and apple sauce, rare roast beef mustard mayo and onion, Cajun chicken, coronation chicken, prawns in marie rose sauce, blt with mayo and black pepper, cheese ploughman’s, ham ploughman’s, speciality cheese and pickles/chutneys.

3. Vegetarian Buffet
£5.75+VAT per person
A selection of sandwiches to include, cheese, egg and fish (one round per person) in brown/white sliced bread .
A selection of home made savoury pastries to include goats cheese and red pepper quiche, cheese straws, potato salad, home-made coleslaw and traditional salad.
A selection of our bakeries home-made sweets and bite sized cakes.

4. Children’s Buffet
£5.75+VAT per person
A selection of sandwiches from our standard sandwich platter, one round per person, and a selection of children’s favourite sweet sandwiches including: jam, chocolate spread and raspberry spread.
A savoury selection of cheese straws, sausage rolls, pizza fingers, cucumber batons, carrot sticks and mixed pepper batons.
A selection of sliced seasonal fruit, chocolate fingers, marshmallows and chocolate flakes.
Various standard fillings to include: Roast ham, roast pork, roast beef, roast turkey, roast chicken, egg mayo, boiled egg, tuna mayo, cheese, cheese savoury and crab.

We can also make various home-made salads by request, starting at £2.00 per person, please let us know what your requirements are.
Why not pick and mix from the platters range to create your own unique buffet or add platters to a buffet to mix and match or use platters to balance your numbers of guests.
Terms & Conditions
All orders are to be paid in full at the time of ordering. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice, on occasions we may be unable to take the order if we are already fully booked.
All buffets and platters are served in plastic hygiene trays with lids. All are refrigerated and must be kept refrigerated once received by you. All buffets and platters are collection only unless delivery is agreed at the time of order, there is a charge for delivery as this has to cover staff wages and fuel and Is only available locally due to traffic and time. We can provide paper plates and napkins but these are only included if requested at the time of order.
Business customers who order regularly may set up an account for bacs payments and vat invoicing, this may involve credit checks, all payments are 7 days from delivery unless discussed and mutely agreed with the company.
Cancelations must be at least 48 hours prior to the order date and time of collection or we will have bought in the produce for your order, if its less than 48 hours’ notice its none refundable.
Allergies, it is the responsibility of the customer placing the order to find out if any guests have any allergies and this information must be given to Fields of Anlaby in writing, which we will then confirm and acknowledge in writing that we can still cater for you or advise that we cannot cater for that particular allergy or dietary requirement. Nuts are used in products in the business so there may be nuts or traces of nuts in the environment, we are not a nut free site, please make your guests aware of this in case anybody has a nut allergy.
